Ayurvedic Nasya Oil ghee based is a traditional herbal nasal oil used in Nasya Karma, one of the five Panchakarma therapies. According to Ayurveda, the nose is the gateway to the brain (Shirodvara). How to Use Ayurvedic Nasya Oil (Nasya Karma at Home)
• Best used early morning or evening on an empty stomach
• Lie down and tilt the head slightly backward
• Put 2 drops in each nostril
• Inhale gently and massage the sides of the nose
• Spit out any mucus or oil that reaches the throat
• Rest for 5–10 minutes after application
Recommended Frequency
• 3–5 times per week for sinus, hair fall & skin concerns
Precautions
• Start with 1 drop per nostril if you are new to Nasya
• Use only on an empty stomach
• Stop use if burning, irritation, or discomfort occurs
• Use under Ayurvedic supervision for chronic sinus conditions
Do Not Use Nasya Oil If
• You have fever, cold, cough, flu, or active sinus infection
• During pregnancy unless advised by an Ayurvedic doctor
• During heavy menstruation
• Immediately after meals or alcohol consumption
• After intense physical exercise or late at night
• If there is nasal bleeding or recent nasal surgery
