How to use Facial pottali?

1.give a gentle massage to your face with Any of your favourite Ayurvedic oils -Nalpamaradi oil or kumkumadhi oil or Eladi oil.

2.After 5 to 10 mins take Hot milk or water in a bowl. Hot milk for Dry skin and normal skin.

Hot water for oily skin & acne prone.

3.Dip pottali in the milk or water and squeeze the pottali , the essence of herbs comes into the bowl. now massage the steamed pottali circular movements in upward direction to your face.Dip the pottali & Repeat again for few times.Concentrate on your Neck parts too.

HOW TO USE THE POTTALI FOR SECOND TIME?

After facial steam with the pottali, untie the pottali & take out the powder and use it as a scrub for your body, hands and legs . it gives a super brightening effect.

Dry Skin Pottali:

Devdaru,Tagar,kushttha,Yashti,Gokshur,vidari Bala,Punarnawa,Shatawari, Bruhati,sariva.

Oily skin pottali:

Surasa, pattha, yashti, lajjalu,parosapimpal,palash,dhamasa,lodhra,dhatakipushpa,belmajja,sonpattha.
